  • RAGUS receives the returned product in case of manufacturer error

  • RAGUS is 100% free on return shipping costs.

III. REGULATIONS ON EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE IN STORE
  • Within 3 days from the date of purchase.

  • The original products are exchanged for other original products and not lower than the value of the purchased products.
  • Discount / promotion products can only be changed to another color or size on the same code in the store condition.
